Holistic Massage

Massage has been used for thousands of years for its healing ability. Holistic Massage is a wonderful way to relieve muscle aches and pains and reduces stress and tension. It improves the body’s circulation, lymphatic system, muscle tone and helps to eliminate toxins from the body.

I take a holistic approach to my massage treatments, to help calm body and mind, with the use of oils. Treatments focus on the ‘whole’ person; mind, body and spirit.

Each session is tailored to your specific needs, meaning you receive a truly unique and individual treatment.

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage is based on the Ayurvedic system of natural healing and has been practised in India for millennia. Focussing on the upper back, neck, shoulders, head and face, the treatment takes place with the client seated in a chair with the use of oils to help you relax and unwind.

Inducing deep relaxation and relieving muscle tension, Indian Head Massage is perfect for those who prefer to have a seated treatment rather than lying on a couch. It is particularly suited to those who suffer from headaches, stress and hold tension in the upper back, neck and shoulders.

Hot Stone Massage (available from October – April)

Like Holistic Massage, Hot Stones Massage is a great way to relieve muscle aches, pains, and reduce stress & tension.

During a hot stone massage, heated basalt stones are used which create a deeper massage without the need to use deep tissue techniques.

The warmth of the stones is soothing and relaxing. It is combined with Swedish massage techniques to create a bespoke treatment targeted to your individual needs.

60 minutes treatment: £55.00 

Important Additional Information

During your first visit with us, you will be taken through a consultation where we discuss your general health and medical history. This allows us to make sure there are no contra-indications to treatment and that your treatments are tailored to your individual needs.

Please add an extra 30 minutes to your first treatment for this initial consultation. Subsequent treatments will have an additional 15 minutes added so that we can discuss your progress and make sure your treatments remain focussed on your specific needs. 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that there are times when you cannot make an appointment or life presents an emergency which you need to attend to. However, we respectfully ask that you give us 48 hours notice if you think you are unable to make your booked appointment. This allows us to offer that space to someone else.

Reluctantly we do have to charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your treatment time including ‘no-shows’ to cover our costs and loss of clinic time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost and missed appointments will incur the full 100% treatment cost. Thank you.
